Dana & Jordan’s Story
Dana and Jordan’s love story began in the most unexpected place – the gym. A few exchanged glances turned into a social media connection and a spark neither would forget.
Both Boise State students, they hadn’t crossed paths before, but their first date at a pumpkin patch (complete with Jordan pushing Dana toward a scary clown) set the tone for a memorable journey ahead. It left Dana uncertain, but little did she know it was just the beginning of a love story that would unfold over the years.
The Engagement
Soon after their dreamy proposal in Leavenworth, I had the pleasure of connecting with the couple for the first time. We clicked instantly, and I was so excited when they told me they were ready to book.
Our first adventure together took place in my absolute favorite photo location in the Boise area. They looked stunning, and we also included their two sweet pups. I was humbled when Rocky Mountain Bride chose to feature their story, and it was extra special because it was published on the EXACT same day as their wedding.
The Wedding
Dana & Jordan’s special day couldn’t have been more perfect. Their day wasn’t just a celebration of their union; it was a tribute to the incredible journey that brought them together and the countless adventures that await them as husband and wife. A story that began with a glance across the gym truly evolved into a love that will last a lifetime.

The Anniversary
Time flew by, and I had the joy of celebrating their next chapter with them: their first wedding anniversary. In such a romantic location, too! The Boise State Capitol will always be a timeless beauty. To document and memorialize this next exciting chapter for them was so special. I can’t wait to see where life takes them next.
Additional Details
We took the photos in early November, so we were still able to get some beautiful Fall colors. Typically, late September through mid-October is the best time for peak colors in Boise, but it can extend through November.
