Why I love what I do
While I have always been a creative at heart, I didn't pursue photography until I was 17. A single high school class sparked a lasting passion inside of me. My first big purchase after high school was a camera, and I poured hours into practicing with it each week.
I took a leap of faith and decided to go all in with my passion by pursuing a four-year degree and starting my photography business. I dedicated many hours inside and outside of class to develop my craft. Within my first year alone, I photographed over 30 paid weddings and other additional sessions across 8 different states.
I've lost family members, including my father, far too early, and have been heartbroken to find how few photos I have with them. However, because of this, I feel a deep sense of duty to every client I serve. Being able to serve others on this deeply personal level has been a blessing, joy, and healing experience.
With six years of experience now under my belt, I have come to realize that the core of my "why" is this: I want to preserve memories for others so they can relive them throughout their entire lifetime. I seek to capture what matters most: the people, the emotions, the love, the tears, the joy.

With a BFA in Photography, my approach is shaped by a strong foundation in light, composition, and visual storytelling.
